Exterior
The Property Watchers inspector --
Determines the type and general condition of the siding, trim, windows and doors
Examines the grading of the soil at the areas of contact with the house
Determines the type and condition of the roof coverings, flashings, and projections (as viewed from grade only).
Interior
The Property Watchers inspector --
Visually inspects the readily accessible areas of the foundation and framing -- the structure
Visually inspects the heating and air conditioning equipment to determine the type and general condition
Inspects readily accessible water, drain and vent pipes to determine the general condition of the plumbing
Visually inspects readily accessible electric lines and unopened panels to determine the general condition and approximate capacity of the incoming electrical service.
After the inspection, a report is issued to the home buyer or seller.
